Week. Not Weak

It’s time yet again, the creative juices overflowing. Lot of experiences waiting to  be shared, which I will put up in separate posts.

A little about Solaceworks.

Solace means support or comfort in times of great despair.

The sole purpose that I was interested healing and counselling was to be able to lend a helping hand to someone in need with the help of energy work.

And within this great journey, i have a chance to learn and improve myself.
That’s the thing about kindness.
One small kind act that you do for others, always comes back multiple times in various forms.

Life has been on a transit ever since I started Solaceworks. Not only could i learn multiple therapies that had great effect especially on psychological disorders, but it has been a very fulfilling experience to see someone get better because of simple techniques or just guidance through energies.

What I personally noted is that the more you are receptive to new learning experiences, the better you are at dealing with them.

A majority of patients show lack of enthusiasm to even pull it through life. It’s almost like they are working on an Auto-pilot mode.

Everyone wants their life to get better, but are against change.

A few major attitude drawbacks that i have noticed.

  • “I CAN’T do this ever”

It’s much better to approach things that you anyway are going to be doing with an “I’m going to be doing this extremely well” attitude.

Even if you dont succeed, i can assure you that you would’ve given it the best of your abilities.

  • “This IS GOING to be bad”

Also, the notion we have formed about certain days or things.
Things like ‘Oh, Monday’s can never be good’ automatically gives a depressing feel to the day.

And I’ve noted people feeling sick about Monday’s even if they are not working. It’ s almost like an anti- Monday program in your head.

Break through the illusions that the world has created!

Whatever you keep repeating about something, will eventually manifest. And this is applicable to everything that exists in the universe.

So why not say something that actually benefits us? How do we expect the week to go well after we start it on such a depressing note?

Our lives will pass, waiting for the weekends. We make life a drag with our own mindset.

Since we’ve chosen the life that we have, why not be grateful?

I’ve actually noted a shift in my perspective since i started being more thankful about little things in life.

I have more things to be thankful for, my energy levels have drastically improved and I’m more productive at work. It’s worth a try, even if it may seem difficult at first.

It could be little things that give you comfort in life like a cup of warm coffee, the sound of your child’s laughter, the support or presence of a family, the comfort of your bed, being able to afford comfortable travel instead of cribbing about traffic, the list is endless.

Just give a few minutes of gratitude for the life you live and note a difference.

It’s all about willing to be responsible for change in our own lives. “Live! Just don’t merely exist.”
Have a happy weekend!

Do leave any comments in case you’ve practised gratefulness and felt a difference.
